Driven Life Academy provides real estate coaching, education, and community. Our offerings may include:

We are an educational and coaching company. We are not your real estate broker, financial advisor, investment advisor, attorney, or accountant, and we do not manage money or execute transactions on your behalf.
Strategy Calls & Enrollment
- Requesting or booking a strategy call is free and places you under no obligation to enroll.
- Enrollment in any program is governed by the separate written enrollment or program agreement you sign or accept at the time of purchase.
- Program access, pricing, payment terms, and any guarantee are set out in that enrollment agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with this Site.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information about yourself and your goals.
Educational Purpose & No Professional Advice
Our content and coaching are educational. We are not your attorney, accountant, financial advisor, investment advisor, or real estate broker, and nothing on this Site or communicated by us constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment, or brokerage advice. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Florida.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Lionfuel Inc (Driven Life Academy), you agree to the following terms:
Program Description
You may receive text messages related to strategy call confirmations and reminders, coaching and program updates, event and community notifications, and follow-ups regarding your inquiry.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Opt-In Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
