Lionfuel Inc, doing business as Driven Life Academy, provides real estate coaching, education, and community programs. This policy explains, in general terms, how refunds and our guarantee work. The binding terms for any purchase are always contained in the written enrollment or program agreement you sign or accept at the time of purchase, which controls in the event of any conflict with this page.
Strategy Calls Are Free
- Booking and attending a strategy call is always free and carries no obligation to enroll.
- You are never charged anything to request information or speak with our team.
Program Enrollment & Refunds
Because our programs deliver coaching, digital curriculum, community access, software, and live sessions, refund eligibility, timing, and any conditions are defined in your enrollment agreement. Depending on the program you select, your agreement may include some or all of the following:
- A defined refund or cancellation window, if any
- Conditions tied to program participation and completion
- Treatment of payment plans and any non-refundable amounts

The Driven Life Promise
Some programs include the “Driven Life Promise” — our commitment to keep working with you until you make your first $1,000,000 in real estate, and our guarantee that you will be pleased with your first investment or we will buy it from you. This is a program-level commitment with specific conditions and qualifying requirements (including completing the coaching, following the roadmap, and taking the agreed actions). The exact terms, eligibility, and process for the guarantee are defined in, and governed solely by, your written enrollment agreement. The Driven Life Promise is not a guarantee of specific financial returns.

Third-Party Costs
If you independently engage and pay third parties (for example, your own attorney, accountant, lender, or contractor), those payments are between you and that provider. Lionfuel Inc is not responsible for, and cannot refund, fees you pay to third parties of your own choosing.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Florida.
