Cancellation & Payment Policy

Overview

This Cancellation & Payment Policy explains how payments, billing, and cancellations work when you enroll with Lionfuel Inc, doing business as Driven Life Academy, a real estate coaching and education provider. It is intended to set clear expectations. The binding terms of any specific purchase are always contained in the written enrollment or program agreement you sign or accept at checkout.

Definitions

  • “Company” means Lionfuel Inc (Driven Life Academy).
  • “Member” / “you” means a person who enrolls in or purchases a program or service.
  • “Program” means any coaching, course, community, event, or software offering we provide.
  • “Agreement” means the written enrollment or program agreement accepted at the time of purchase.

How Payment Works

  • Program fees, the payment schedule, and any payment-plan terms are presented to you before purchase and set out in your Agreement.
  • Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By enrolling, you authorize the charges described in your Agreement, including scheduled installments for payment plans.
  • You are responsible for keeping valid payment information on file for the duration of any payment plan.
  • Strategy calls are free; you are charged only if and when you choose to enroll in a paid Program.

Booking a Strategy Call

  • Booking a strategy call is free and places you under no obligation to enroll.
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel a call, please notify us as early as you reasonably can so we can offer the time to someone else.

Cancellation

  1. Before Enrolling. You may decide not to enroll at any time before accepting an Agreement and submitting payment, for any reason, at no cost to you.
  2. After Enrolling. Once you enroll, cancellation rights, any refund window, payment-plan obligations, and remedies are governed entirely by the terms of your Agreement and applicable law. We encourage you to read the Agreement carefully and consult your own advisor before enrolling.
  3. Company Right to Suspend or Terminate. The Company may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violation of the Agreement or community guidelines, or misuse of materials, as described in your Agreement.

Payment Plans & Missed Payments

  • If you enroll on a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full balance as scheduled in your Agreement.
  • Failed or missed payments may result in suspended access until the balance is brought current, as described in your Agreement.

Member Responsibilities

To get the most from the Program, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself and your goals
  • Keep valid payment details on file for any payment plan
  • Participate in good faith and follow the program guidelines and community rules
  • Make your own decisions and consult your own licensed professionals where appropriate

No Outcome Guarantee

Real estate investing involves risk. Any program-level commitment we make (such as the “Driven Life Promise”) is defined solely by the conditions in your Agreement and is not a guarantee of specific financial returns. Results depend on your effort, capital, decisions, and market conditions.

Severability and Governing Law

  1. Severability. If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  2. Governing Law / Venue. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida.
